1. Acceptance
By using narayanatechnologies.com or engaging Narayana Technologies for services, you agree to these terms. If you enter a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms.
2. Services
We provide web and app development, UI/UX design, AI automation, digital marketing and related IT services. Scope, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before the project starts.
3. Payments
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are stated in the proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. Work may be paused on accounts with overdue payments after written notice.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are assigned to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of content and materials you provide and for having the rights to use them. Timely feedback and approvals are needed to keep the agreed schedule.
6. Warranties & liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
